摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:106例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分成治疗组(55例)和西医常规对照组(51例),观察两组治疗前后症状变化及Glu、Scr、Bun、NAG、mAlb的变化。结果:治疗组临床症状及Glu、Scr、Bun、NAG、mAlb等均明显好于对照组,P<0.01,有非常显著性差异。结论:中西医结合治疗有显著的降低尿蛋白的排泄和恢复肾功能的作用。Objective ： To observe the method of treatment of Integrative Medicine Clinical effects of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 106 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided intoTreatment group （55 eases） and conventional Western medicine control group （51 cases）, changes of symptoms were observed before and after treatment, and Glu, Ser, Bun, NAG,mAlh changes. Results：The clinical symptoms and Glu, Ser, Bun, NAG, mAlb Dengjun significantly better than the control group, P 〈 0. 01, there was a significant difference. Conclusion ： Integrative treatment significantly reduced urinary protein excretion and renal function recovery.
