至宝三鞭精中马钱苷的含量测定

摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定至宝三鞭精中马钱苷的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,C18色谱柱,流动相为四氢呋喃-乙腈-甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(1∶8∶4∶48),检测波长为236nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温40℃。结果马钱苷在0.0185～0.738μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9984),该制剂中马钱苷的平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.99%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于至宝三鞭精中马钱苷的含量测定。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determination of Loganin in Jibaosanbianjing. Methods：The HPLC method was carried on C18 column using Tetrahydrofuran - Acetonitrile- Methanol -0. 05% Phosphoric acid（ 1：8： 4： 48）as mobile phase , and the detection wavelength was 236 nm ,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min and the temperature of column was 40℃. Results：In the HPLC method, the calibration curve for Loganin was linear in the range of 0. 0185 - 0. 738 p.g. The average recovery was 99. 9%, RSD was 0. 99% （n = 5 ）. Conclusion：The method is convenient, precise and reliable for determining the content of Loganin in Jibaosanbianjing
