古典针刺术治疗颈椎病的临床现况

摘　　要：采用文献检索方法,搜集到古典针刺术治疗颈椎病的临床应用文献98篇,其中针刺手法使用频率前5位的分别为络刺、齐刺、短刺、合谷刺和输刺。对其中较高质量文献做一总结,了解古典刺法在颈椎病治疗方面的最新进展,旨在对古典针刺术治疗颈椎病的现况做一全面、系统认识,以更好地指导临床。98 clinical literature was collected on classical needling techniques treating cervical spondylosis. Rounding out the top 5 of acupuncture manipulation were collateral puncture, triple puncture, short puncture. Hegu puncture and shu puncture. In this paper, we make a summary of high quality literature in order to know the latest development in the treatment. It aimed at making a comprehensive understanding of clinical status on classical needling techniques treating cervical spondylosis., so as to guide clinical practice better.
