赤雹根总皂苷镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察赤雹根总皂苷的镇痛作用,探讨赤雹根镇痛作用的有效部位。方法:采用小鼠48℃热板法、小鼠48℃热水浸尾法、灌胃酒石酸锑钾致小鼠扭体法,评价赤雹根总皂苷的镇痛作用。结果:48℃热板试验中,赤雹根总皂苷各剂量组(240mg/kg、120mg/kg、60mg/kg)小鼠痛反应潜伏期(35.73±3.84)s、(28.20±3.74)s、(27.00±3.38)s均显著高于NS对照组(24.88±5.02)s,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05～0.01)。小鼠48℃甩尾实验中,赤雹根总皂苷各剂量组药后40min、60min缩尾潜伏期(11.89±1.36)s、(10.83±1.09)s、(10.30±2.20)s、(8.98±1.65)s、(9.08±1.22)s、(8.01±2.04)s均显著高于NS组(7.27±1.32)s,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。酒石酸锑钾致小鼠扭体反应实验中,赤雹根总皂苷各剂量组15min内小鼠扭体反应次数(24.10±2.77)次、(28.40±3.75)次、(35.60±4.99)次均显著低于NS组(40.40±5.04)次,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05～0.01)。结论:赤雹根总皂苷具有显著的镇痛作用。Objective：To observe the analgesic effect of the totals aponins of the roots of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge, approac-hing the effective fractions of the roots of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge, and providing experimental bases for its applying in clinic and further studying on its pharmacological effects. Methods：The analgesic effect of the total saponins of the roots of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge were respectively evaluated by the hot plate test （48℃） ,the tail -immersion test and classical writhing test in mice. Results：the total saponins of the roots of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge can markedly heightened the pain threshold value in 48℃ hot - plate test, prlonged the latent period of the tail - flick and reduced the times of writhing induced by ip antimony potassium tartrate in mice. Conclusion：The total saponins of the roots of Thladiantha Dubia Bunge has marked analgesic effect, and it is the effective fraction of analgesic effect of Thladiantha Dubia roots.
