摘　　要：随着单片机技术的迅速发展,越来越多的自动化手段被广泛地应用到农业生产中,提高了生产效率。为此,主要研究了基于STC12C5A60AD单片机实现变量喷雾的工作原理和实现方案,重点阐述了该系统的硬件设计。将单片机技术应用于雾化装置综合性能检测中,能够根据需要自动地调节喷雾参数,实现了变量施药作业,提高农药利用率,减少了农药残留和环境污染。With the rapid development of singlechip technology,more and more automated methods are widely applied to agricultural production and be improved the production efficiency.This paper mainly based on STC12C5A60AD singlechip to achieve variable spray working principle and implementation program,focusing on the hardware design of the system.SCM technology was put into the comprehensive performance testing of spray devices that can automatically adjust spray parameters according to need,achieve a variable spraying operations,improve utilization of pesticides,reducing pesticide residues and environmental pollution.
