浅析产学研模式下的创新型人力资本培养——基于地方高校的视角

摘　　要：随着社会的发展,教育、科技、经济一体化的趋势愈加明显。产学研模式在高校实现其人才培养、科学研究和社会服务的功能中发挥越来越大的作用。在珠三角产业转移和升级的背景下,分析了地方高校创新型人力资本培养模式的路径,指出了产学研模式下人才培养模式存在的问题,并提出了相关的对策建议。With the development of society, integration trend is extremely clear in education, science , technology and economic. Cooperation of industries, universities and research institutes is playing a significant role in implementing function of colleges： talents cultivation, scientific research and social service. With the transfer and upgrading of the traditional industries in Pearl River Delta, this paper analyzes the way of cultivating creative human capital in local colleges and discuss the problems in the cooperation, it also gives some suggestions.
