摘　　要：在对国内外专利组合理论进行分析总结的基础上,归纳了专利组合分析的概念,对专利组合分析指标进行梳理,同时整理了企业层面、技术层面、发明人层面以及专利与市场一体化这四个层面的专利组合模型,从而为战略决策提供了制定合理专利策略的新方法。Based on the conclusion of the patent portfolio analysis, this paper defined the principal meaning of the patent portfolio analysis. Then it established a patent portfolio evaluation index system, and summarized four levels of patent portfolio analysis model, such as technology level, enterprise level, inventor level and market level. It provided a new method for decision - makers to formulate an effective patent strategy.
