摘　　要：城市群经济的发展需要城市之间的合作,但长三角城市群经济合作发展存在诸多制度障碍。国外经验表明城市群经济合作的实现依赖法制手段。结合国外立法经验和我国实际情况,提出长三角城市群经济合作发展的立法模式选择。Megalopolis economic development needs cooperation between cities, but there are many institutional barriers in the Yangtze River Delta Megalopolis economic cooperation development. Overseas experience shows that the realization of Megalopolis economic cooperation relies on legal means. With foreign legislative experience and the actual situation in China, the paper makes the choice of the Yangtze River Delta Megalopolis economic cooperation development legislative mode.
