摘 要:利用癸酸甲酯(C11H22O2)作为生物柴油的替代机理,结合Woschni传热模型和癸酸甲酯简化机理的化学反应动力学数值模拟,考察了进气温度、压力、过量空气系数等参数对NOX排放的影响,对生物柴油HCCI发动机的NOX排放进行了预测,得到了NOX排放的预测Map。研究结果表明:改进的癸酸甲酯机理能够较好地模拟低温燃烧过程和着火时刻;进气温度和进气压力提高后,着火时刻提前,导致NOX排放的增加;提高过量空气系数可以降低NO的排放量。Methyl decanoate(C11H22O2) mechanism was used to replace biodiesel,the combustion processes and the pollutants NOX from biodiesel HCCI engines were forecasted,based on Woschni heat transfer model and the numerical simulations,the influence factors of NOX formation was researched.The results showed that the improved mechanism of capric acid methyl ester was capable for simulating the combustion process and the ignition;the ignition advanced with the increase of intake air temperature and inlet pressure,which resulting in the increase of NOX emissions;the NOX emissions can be reduced with the increase of excess air ratio.
