摘 要:根据大型煤矿建设采区风井发展趋势,研究5m大直径反井钻机技术,以快速安全建设风井井筒,介绍了大直径反井钻机用途、主要技术参数、技术关键和结构特点,并对钻机核心多马达驱动系统、多油缸推进系统、液压系统、新型电液控制系统和分体组装式大直径扩孔钻头结构进行详细说明,最后介绍反井钻机钻进国内最大直径5 m煤矿风井井筒的实例应用情况。According to the development tendency of mine ventilation shaft to be built in the mining block of a large scale coal mine,a large diameter raise boring machine technology with a diameter of 5 m was studied to rapidly and safely construct the mine ventilation shaft.The paper introduced the applications of large diameter mine raise boring machines with the main technical parameters,technical keys and structure features.The paper had detail introductions on the multi motor driving system multi cylinder pushing forward system,hydraulic system,new electric and hydraulic control system and assembling type large diameter reamer structure.Finally introducing the site application of the mine raise boring machine to the mine ventilation shaft with the largest diameter of 5 m at home and abroad.
