摘　　要：为实现开放实验室的预约安排与管理,开发了一种开放实验室全球移动通讯系统(GSM)移动预约系统。设计了开放实验室预约系统的硬件结构、工作原理以及移动预约模式的工作流程;分析了短消息系统的Attention(AT)命令、协议数据单元(PDU)工作模式和编码方式等技术要点;编制了开放实验室预约系统的软件程序,主要是短消息控制器中接收短消息和发送短消息程序。作为网上预约系统的一种补充,该系统对开放实验室的管理具有一定的理论意义和实际应用价值。To order and manage the open experiment,a booking system of open laboratory is put forward based on GSM.Construction and work principle are introduced and process of mobile reservation mode is given;The key technology of short message system such as attention command protocol data unit mode and coding method is analyzed;The Software program of such booking system is designed,emphasizing the program designing of receiving and sending short messages in the short message controller.As a makeup of net booking system,this system has some important value in theory and application for management of open laboratory.
