摘  要:针对我国悬挂式马铃薯种植机械作业效率低、性能指标不理想、存在重播、漏播和株距不均等问题,设计了2CM 4 B型牵引式马铃薯种植机。采用了交叉取种技术,配以振动排种部件,实现了精量播种;播种装置驱动方式采用了上驱动,有效降低了皮带打滑率;采用链耙施肥结构,加大了排肥量的调节范围,有效解决了堵肥问题。试验结果表明,主要性能指标均优于行业标准,实现了马铃薯种植中开沟、播种、覆土、施肥和喷药等技术的集成,填补了国内大型牵引式马铃薯种植机的空白。Owing to the lower working efficiency,unsatisfactory performance index,reseeding,leakage sowing and asymmetrical plant space of the mounted potato planter,a trailed potato planter named 2CM4B was designed.This machine adopted cross getting seeds and equipped with vibrating ejecting seed parts and it realized precision planting.The skidding rate of the strap is reduced with up-driving mode in the planting.And the chain-and-slat type fertilization structure is adopted for increasing the adjustment range of fertilizer sowing amount and solving the problem of fertilization easily plugs openers.Experiment results show that performance indexes are better than the industry standard.And it can perform ditching,seeding,covering,fertilizing,spraying only in one step and fill the gap of large trailed type potato planter at home.
