援助坦桑尼亚农业机械化项目的可行性研究

摘　　要：农业是坦桑尼亚经济的基础和支柱,坦桑尼亚经济落后的根源在于农业不发达,而农业机械化率低是农业发展的主要制约因素之一。为摸清坦桑尼亚农业机械化发展现状及存在问题,给援助和促进坦桑尼亚农业和经济发展提供参考,进行了大量的调查研究和会议讨论,结果表明:在坦桑尼亚开展中国农业机械示范、租赁、操作技能培训与维修的援助项目是必要的和可行的,建议尽快在坦桑尼亚开展此援助项目,解坦桑尼亚农业发展之首急,以促进中坦全方位合作与中坦传统友谊。Agriculture is the foundation and mainstay of Tanzanian economy.The root of the poor economy of Tanzania lies in the poor agriculture.The low rate of agricultural mechanization is one of the main constraints of the development of agriculture of Tanzania.In order to find out the present situation and existing problems of agricultural mechanization of Tanzania,to provide reference for assisting and promoting the development of agriculture and economy of Tanzania,many researches and seminars were taken.The conclusion is that it＇s necessary and possible to carry out assisting Tanzania project of demonstration,hire,operating skills training and maintaining of Chinese agricultural machinery.The advice is that the assisting project should be taken as soon as possible to solve the anxious problem of the development of agriculture of Tanzania,to promote all-round cooperation and traditional friendship between Tanzania and China.
