摘 要:高性能的激光器与现代数控机床技术相结合,使激光加工具有精度高、可控性好、程序简单、加工时间短、省料和污染程度小等特点,广泛应用于各种微细加工及某些传统加工方法难以达到加工要求的高硬度或高熔点材料。为此,介绍了几种激光加工技术的基本概念和应用原理,分析了此技术在农机制造中的应用,提出了其在农机制造中的发展前景。目前,激光技术在我国农机制造中的应用尚不普遍,大力推进该技术在农机制造领域的应用及发展势在必行。The high-performance laser combined with the modern CNC machine tools technology makes laser machining have high precision,good controllability,simple procedures,short processing time,less materials and pollution,so it's widely used in fine processing and some of the traditional processing method processing difficult to achieve the requirements,just like high hardness and high melting point.This article mainly introduced the basic concept and application of some laser processing technologies,analyzed the applications of these technologies on manufacture of agricultural machinery,put forward the prospects of laser processing technology in manufacture of agricultural machinery.At present the applications of laser processing technologies are not popular in manufacture of agricultural machinery in China.Vigorously promote the application of these technologies in the field of agricultural machinery and the development imperative.
