健康状况、群体差异与居家养老服务保障需求——基于城乡老年人调查的实证分析

摘　　要：文章利用华北电力大学调查研究中心的数据分析,描述了中国老年人的居家养老保障需求的基本情况,采用logit模型分析了影响老年人居家养老保障需求的因素,包括个人基本特征、家庭特征和社会经济特征,重点研究健康对居家养老服务需求的影响,以及不同群体老年人需求之间的差异。研究分析发现,老人的健康状况、受教育年限、城乡和居住方式对养老需求较为显著。文章对分析结论做出了可能性的解释,提出了相关建议及若干思考。Based on the data of north China electric power university’s investigation and analysis in China,Our research describes the basic demand situation of elderly home care,using logit models to analyze the influence of elderly home care demand factors,including personal basic characteristics,family,social and economic characteristics.The mainly research is about health effects to home-based care of the elderly,and the diversity demand between different elderly groups.Research analysis found that the health state,education fixed number of year,the district and the living way is significant to the elderly home care demand,and we will make possible explanation to the conclusion and put forward some related suggestions.
