都市农业——北部湾低碳农业的重要发展方向

摘　　要：随着北部湾经济区工业化和城市化大发展,"高碳危机"日益显露。在城市经济圈中嵌入"都市农业",使之与其他低碳产业一起打造成区域物质闭环流动型经济,是缓解高碳危机、实现民族区域和谐发展的可行之策。结合北部湾的区域特色和发展大局,我们可以以政府的统筹规划、城市经济、科技、金融、市场和市民的支持为依托,重点打造经济型、体验型和服务型三种都市农业,促进区域和谐发展。With the industrialization and urbanization in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,＂excessive carbon emissions crisis＂become prominent。 Embeding ＂urban agriculture＂in the city economic circle to make a closed-loop material flow of the regional economy with other low-carbon industries,is the feasible policy to ease the crisis of excessive carbon emissions and to achieve harmonious development of regional ethnic.According to the overall development of the regional characteristics,we focus on the development of three urban agriculture：economic,experiential and service-oriented,basing on the government＇s overall planning,urban economics,technology,finance,marketing and public support.
