摘 要:根据实验室试验和台架联动试验结果,针对钒渣焙砂浸出液进行了中温萃取提钒扩大试验。试验结果表明:在中温(20-40℃)条件下,通过萃取和反萃取直接沉淀钒酸铵,可避免产品中钠含量超标,同时废水产出量较少,且可循环利用;钒萃取率95%以上,反萃取率99%以上,所得V2O5产品纯度99.5%以上。Based on laboratory experiments and bench tests,pilot scale test for extraction vanadium at moderate temperature from leaching solution of roasted vanadium slag was investigated.The results showed that at the conditions of moderate temperature(20~40 ℃),direct precipitating ammonium vanadate by extraction and back-extraction method,the product has lower sodium content,less waste water from process was less and could be recycled.Extraction rate of vanadium was over 95%,and back-extraction rate was over 99%,V2O5 purity was over 99.5%.
