摘　　要：目的　了解基质金属蛋白酶２（ Ｍ Ｍ Ｐ２） 及其作用底物Ⅳ型胶原（ Ｃｏｌ Ⅳ） 在慢性乙型肝炎患者组织中表达的变化。方法　应用免疫组织化学方法，对不同炎症活动程度的慢性乙型肝炎患者肝穿刺标本作 Ｍ Ｍ Ｐ２ 、 Ｃｏｌ Ⅳ的半定量和定位研究。结果　 Ｍ Ｍ Ｐ２ 、 Ｃｏｌ Ⅳ在慢性乙型肝炎患者病变中的表达与炎症活动程度相关，炎症活动度高的病例其表达显著高于炎症活动度低者。结论　提示 Ｍ Ｍ Ｐ２ 在慢性肝炎患者的肝组织结构破坏和重建中起作用，参与肝纤维化的始动机制。Objective To observe the changes of matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP 2) expression and substrate collagen type Ⅳ (Col Ⅳ) in liver tissue of patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods By immunohistochemistry,we detected the expression of MMP 2 and Col Ⅳ in varying degrees of inflammation of liver tissue of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Results The expression of MMP 2 and Col Ⅳ were relevant to the degree of inflammation and necrosis, the intensity of positive staining in markedly active cases was great than that of less active cases.Conclusion Our study indicates that increased expression of MMP 2 participates in the destruction as well as in restitution of liver tissue and is involved in the initiating process of liver fibrosis.(Shanghai Med J, 1999,22:592 594)
