基于改进模糊AHP法的指挥员作战决策行为效果评估

摘　　要：从指挥员作战决策行为主体进行分析,建立了指挥员决策行为效果的指标体系,采用改进的模糊AHP方法建立对指标体系的评价模型,并通过实例对指标、方法模型进行验证。从结果来看,对作战决策行为效果进行评估,进而从影响决策行为质量的主体—指挥员角度着手改善作战决策行为,提高决策质量,具有着创新意义。Through analyzing the commander＇s combat decision-making behavior,confirm the evaluation index,ensure assess for every index of the evalution model by using Fuzzy-AHP.Then the appliance of the method proposed is demonstrated by a case.From the result,evaluate the impact of the decision-making behavior,furthermore,from the commander point of view,ameliorate the commander＇s decision-making behavior,enhancing the quality of the decision-making,has good innovation.
