摘 要:重点探讨不同化学预处理温度对慈竹化机浆漂白性能的影响,并比较慈竹与桤木、杉木和桑枝全杆化机浆的漂白性能差异。分别在130℃、10min和75℃、30min采用NaOH、碱性Na2SO3、碱性H2O2等3种化学预处理条件,对慈竹原料进行化学预处理,并进行单段和两段H2O2漂白实验。与130℃高温化学预处理比较,75℃的低温化学预处理制备的化机浆,具有较高的浆料原始白度及漂后浆白度。使用1.0%NaOH和2%Na2SO3在75℃对慈竹进行化学预处理,其浆料经单段10%H2O2漂白后,白度可达到67%ISO。两段H2O2漂白和单段H2O2漂白具有相近的漂白白度。慈竹、桤木、杉木和桑枝全杆化机浆的可漂白性能存在较大差异,桤木化机浆漂白性能最好,其次是杉木和桑枝全杆,慈竹化机浆漂白最困难。Bleaching properties of chemimechanical pulps from a bamboo species Neosinocalamus affinis(Rendle) Keng f.were investigated with comparing with that from Alnus Gremastogyne,China fir and mulberry.Bamboo chips were chemical pre-treated at various temperatures of 130℃,75℃ by using caustic soda process,alkaline sulfite process and hydrogen peroxide process,respectively.Single-stage and two-stage hydrogen peroxide bleaching experiments were conducted.The brightness for the pulps obtained at the impregnation temperature of 75℃ is higher than that at 130℃.By using the impregnation conditions of 1% NaOH and 2% Na2SiO3 at 75℃,bleached pulps achieve a brightness of more than 67% ISO by using 10% hydrogen peroxide single-stage bleaching.Twostage bleaching responses for bamboo chemimechanical pulps are some the same as that of single-stage bleaching.The bleachability for the pulps from the four fiber materials is different in term of the optimal alkali application and the brightness ceiling.Among the four wood species,the pulp from Alnus Gremastogyne has the best bleaching response and the worst for the bamboo pulp.
