摘　　要：针对现代轻型木结构建筑楼、地面结构、材料特点,提出其有别于砖混建筑楼、地面的若干装修技术,分别对现代轻型木结构建筑楼、地面的表面装修、防水性装修和隔声装修进行阐述,以期为现代轻型木结构建筑及其室内装修在我国的发展提供参考。In the light of the characteristics of the structure and material properties of the modern light-frame wooden buildings, the relevant decoration technologies were put forward, which were quite different from those for the traditional brick-concrete building decoration. The technologies for the light-frame buildings decoration, for the floor surface decoration, for water and moisture proof and acoustical isolation in the decoration were described in details. All this might provide the decoration technology development for the modern light-frame wooden buildings in China with references.
