摘 要:以市售大米、小麦粉、花生、玉米粉、红薯粉与小鼠配方饲料为毒饵基质,配置钩腺大戟乙酸乙酯萃取物浓度为10 g/kg的毒饵,通过自由选择法对比不同毒饵的适口性。结果表明:各种毒饵取食系数均在0.6以上;含花生的毒饵取食率和被取食量均比其他高,且差异显著。由此得出含花生的钩腺大戟乙酸乙酯萃取物毒饵适口性较好。The palatability of different mouse baits composed of 10 g/kg ethylacetate extract of Euphorbia sieboldiana plants, mixed with market sold rice, flour, peanut, corn flour, sweet potato flour and the compound foot for mice as the substrates for different formula baits was comparatively studied through freedom choice method. According to the results, the bait intake coefficient was over 0. 6 for all bait groups, whereas the intake rate and intake quantity of the baits with peanut component were significantly higher than any other baits. So the baits prepared with ethylacetate extract of E. sieboldiana plants that contained peanut ingredient had better palatability to mice.
