摘　　要：为了满足土地管理部门对土地流转数据库的应用需求(信息要求和处理要求),本文采用文献分析法、理论分析法和实证研究,设计了系统数据库的逻辑结构和数据表结构,使之能有效录入和存储数据。最后以诸城市辛兴镇为例,利用G IS技术建立了土地流转管理信息系统数据库。The purpose of this paper was to design rural land transfer database for land management department.The database could meet the application requirements which include information requirements and processing requirements of land management department.Methods employed in the paper included documentation,theoretical analysis and case study.The results showed that the database logical structure and the datasheet structure were designed reasonably for rural land transfer to entry and storage data effectively.Finally,the management information system database of rural land transfer was established by taking Zhucheng Xinxing town as an example by applying GIS technology to setup a database of rural land transfer.
