摘　　要：结合译者主体性和决策科学的相关知识,本文采用综合的认知理论分析模式,对科技英语长难句的翻译过程进行探讨,以全新的视角提出科技翻译过程本质上是一个译者为中心,以实现决策效应最大化,即实现译文质量最优化的决策过程。With translator＇s subjectivity and the relevant knowledge of decision science, this paper explores the process of EST long and complex sentences translation by means of cognitive analysis model. From a brand new perspective, this paper demonstrates that EST translation is a process in which the translator plays a dominant role and makes decisions in order to achieve the maximization of the effect of decision, or the optimization of translation quality.
