摘　　要：冷兵器的训练与军事体育之间存在着紧密联系,冷兵器的训练是中国古代军事体育的重要组成部分。从冷兵器训练的演变可以探析到军事体育的发展与演变,伴随着冷兵器的不断演变,中国古代军队训练活动中军事体育的训练内容逐步走向系统化,士兵选材逐步走向科学化,考核制度逐步走向规范化。There is the close contact about cold weapons training and military athletics,in which about weapons training is the important composition of military athletics.People can study the development of the military athletics in China ancient army from such a point of view as the Cold Weapons training.With the evolution of cold weapons,there are the systematizing of training contents and the scientific of electing soldiers and the perfect of examination＇s system on the military athletics in China ancient army.
