完善支持福州市民营经济发展的制度环境——基于制度需求与制度供给均衡的视角

摘　　要：随着近年来国内外经济形势的变化和海西建设的推进,民营企业对制度环境的需求有了新的变化,因此有必要根据民营企业变化的制度需求对福州促进民营经济发展的政策制度供给进行适应性分析,针对存在的不适应之处,提出完善建议,使政府制度供给和民营企业的制度需求达到新的均衡,促进民营经济健康、可持续发展。With the change of domestic and foreign economic situation and the promotion of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits,private enterprises＇ demands on institutional environment have changed a lot.Therefore,it＇s necessary to analyze government＇s institutional supplies with the private enterprises＇ institutional demands.The paper puts forwards the suggestions to reach the balance between private enterprises＇ institutional demands and government＇s institutional supplies and enhance the sustainable development of private economy.
