基于目标逼近法的开发区工业用地集约利用强度潜力测算——以井冈山经济技术开发区为例

摘　　要：本文以井冈山经济技术开发区为例,在开发区用地和经济调查的基础上,通过计算工业用地容积率、建筑系数和固定资产投入、产出强度的现状值,然后综合考虑确定其目标值,采用目标逼近法,测算出开发区各类强度潜力值,最后对结果值进行分析,并提出进一步改善开发区土地集约利用强度潜力的对策建议。Based on the economic and technological development zone survey in Jinggangshan development zone,the paper calculates its industrial land cubage rate,building coefficient and fixed asset investment and output value,and determines its target.Four kinds of strength potential value are calculated by using the goal approximation method.Finally some countermeasures for improving the potential of land intensive use intensity are puts forward.
