额窦的影像解剖学研究

摘　　要：目的 :为经颅面联合进路手术提供额窦的影像解剖学基础。方法 :取 5 0具成人头颅标本 ,行鼻窦多方位薄层CT扫描 ,观测额窦向眶上、眶顶及筛窦上方的气化程度并进行影像解剖学分度。结果 :未发育者占 3 % ;Ⅰ度额窦占 3 2 % ;Ⅱ度占 46 % ;Ⅲ度占 19%。结论 :额窦的气化发育变异很大 。To provide image anatomy basis of the frontal sinus for the transcranial transnasal combined approach.Methods:The nasal sinus of 50 adult heads specimens was CT scanned from different position.The gasification degree of the frontal sinus towards superior orbital edge,orbital roof and superior ethmoid edge was observed and classified.Results:According to the development of the frontal sinus,it could be divided into four groups such as undeveloped,degree Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ.Their incidence was 30%,32%,46% and 19% separately.Conclusion:There was significant difference in the development of frontal sinus gasification.The patient with degree Ⅲ of frontal sinus should not be operated via the trascranial transnasal approach.
