摘　　要：设计了一种基于单片机的自动调线机控制系统,介绍了系统的各个组成部分及工作原理,详细设计了增量式旋转编码器对自动调线机的选针器准确定位的方法,实例证明该定位方法能够使系统准确、稳定地工作。This paper introduced the design of a microcontroller-based Auto-ray machine control system,described the various components of the system and working principle of the system.The locating method for needle selector which is connected by incremental rotary encoder was detail designed.Practice has proved that the locating technology will enable the accurate,stable work of the system.
