摘　　要：目的：总结４２例ＣＴ及电视透视导引下经皮胸部穿刺活检经验。方法：其中肺部病变３１例；胸膜病变６例；纵隔肿块５例。采用改进后的１８ 号Ｃｏｏｋ 切割针在ＣＴ或电视透视导引下经皮穿刺活检。结果：一次穿刺成功率为９４％ ；确诊率为９６％ ；并发症发生率为１２％ 。结论：该方法获取组织较大，既可涂片作细胞学检查，又可切片作病理检查。Objective:To sum up the experience of 42 cases of percutaneous puncture biopsy of thorax under CT and TV fluoroscopy guided.Methods:31 cases were pulmonary lesions,6 had pleural lesions and 5 were mediastinal masses.Biopsy was done using improved Cook 18 cutting needle.Results:The successful rate by first puncture was 95% and the diagnostic rate was 94%.Conclusion:The incidence of complications was 12%.The larger tissues which may be used either for smearing and cytological examination or for section-cutting and pathological examination can be obtained by this method.
