摘 要:目的 探讨用于诊断骨质疏松症的较敏感生化指标。方法 采用放免法测定46 例骨质疏松性骨痛、34 例非重力骨折及24 例健康者血Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端伸展肽(PINP) 水平和其它相关指标。结果 骨痛和骨折两组患者PINP 水平均高于正常对照组( P< 0-01);PINP 与其它骨形成指标有较好相关性。结论 PINP 由于在血循环中较稳定,可作为诊断骨质疏松症的较敏感指标。Objective To explore sensitive biochemical markers for diagnosis of osteoporosis. Methods 80 patients were divided into two groups: 46 with osteoporotic pain (group Ⅰ), 34 with fragility fractures (group Ⅱ). And the control was 24 healthy people (group Ⅲ). Forearm BMD as well as serum procollagen Ⅰ N Terminal extension peptides(PINP) were measured in the subjects. And other plasma markers: BGP,PTH,CT,AKP,Ca 2+ ,P 3- were studied too. Results A significant increase in the level of PINP in both groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ was found compared with group Ⅲ ( P <0 01). The value of PINP had a positive correlation with that of other bone formation markers (BGP and AKP); while a negative correlation with BMD. Conclusion Since the serum level of PINP shows good correlation with BGP, AKP and higher stability in plasma, it is considered as a sensitive marker in the diagnosis of osteoporosis.
