关于保险公司建立责任会计系统的思考

摘　　要：保险公司运营所面临的诸多问题愈趋复杂和多变,这要求进一步改进和完善公司考核政策,建立一套完整有效的业绩评价和激励机制,而搭建责任会计系统进行业绩评价是十分有效的解决办法。本文就保险公司如何建立责任会计系统等相关问题进行了一些探索和思考。The operating problems faced by insurance companies become more complicated and highly changeable. Therefore,improving the performance evaluation policy and establishing more effective motivate mechanism will be needed immediately. Building up the responsibility accounting system in insurance company is a very effective way. The problems related to it are studied in this article.
