Nuss与Ravitch术式治疗漏斗胸疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：[目的]综合评价Nuss手术与改良Ravitch手术治疗漏斗胸的术后疗效。[方法]检索2002～2008年间国内外关于Nuss手术与改良Ravitch手术治疗漏斗胸疗效分析的临床研究,用RevMan4.2统计软件进行Meta分析。[结果]纳入研究的文献共8篇,合计病例889例(Nuss手术组427例,Ravitch手术组462例)。Meta分析提示:Nuss手术组在手术时间、手术出血量和住院时间上要优于Ravitch1手术组(P﹤0.05),而在术后疼痛时间和术后并发症上,Ravitch手术组则优于Nuss手术组(P﹤0.05),但两者在术后远期效果的满意度上无统计学差异(P=0.92)。[结论]Nuss手术治疗漏斗胸具有较明显的微创优势,值得推广。[Objective]To compare the efficacy of Nuss procedures with those of Ravitch procedures in the treatment of pectus excavatum by using Meta-analysis.[Methods]Clinical reported between 2002 and 2008 comparing the outcomes of Nuss procedures and Ravitch procedures in patients with pectus excavatum were collected and analyzed by Using RevMan4.2.[Results]Totally,8 reports involving 889 pectus excavatum patients were enrolled in this study.Significant adventage was found in operative time,bleeding,length of hospital stay of Nuss procedures group（P﹤0.05）.Adventage was found in pain,complication of Ravitch procedures groups（P﹤0.05）.The long term satisfaction were not significantly different between the two groups（P = 0.92）.[Conclusion]Nuss procedures have dramatic adventage of mini-trauma in the treatment of pectus excavatum.
