不同检测系统红细胞、血红蛋白及红细胞压积测定结果的可比性研究

摘　　要：[目的]为了提高不同血细胞分析仪红细胞、血红蛋白及红细胞压积测定结果的准确性和可比性。[方法]以校准合格的Beckman Culter GEN-S2血细胞分析仪为参考仪器,利用参考仪器测定红细胞、血红蛋白及红细胞压积结果分别在一定范围的新鲜全血为校准质控全血,对Abbott Cell Dyn 3700SL血细胞分析仪进行校准,比较两台仪器测定患者样本的结果。[结果]使用红细胞数为3.53×1012/L、3.97×1012/L、4.98×1012/L、5.38×1012/L,血红蛋白浓度为120.7g/L、129.4g/L、139.0g/L,红细胞压积为0.37、0.40、0.43的校准质控全血,分别对CD3700SL血细胞分析仪进行校准,两台仪器检测患者样本的结果差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]使用参考仪器测定红细胞数为3.5～5.38×1012/L、血红蛋白浓度为120.7～139.0g/L、红细胞压积为0.37～0.43的新鲜校准质控全血,对其他血细胞分析仪进行校准,可以明显提高不同血细胞检测系统红细胞、血红蛋白及红细胞压积测定结果的准确性和可比性。[Objective]To improve the comparability of red blood cell,hemoglobin and hematocri results from different hematology analyzers.[Methods]The fresh blood whose red blood cell,hemoglobin and hematocri standard value was defined when measured by rectified Beckman Culter GEN-S2 hematology analyzer as standard blood to rectify Abbott Cell Dyn 3700SL hematology analyzer.We compared the results of fresh blood measured by these two analyzers.[Results]There was no significant difference of red blood cell,hemoglobin and hematocri results between these two analyzers by rectifying the Abbott Cell Dyn 3700SL hematology analyzer.The red blood cell standard values were 3.53×1012/L,3.97×1012/L,4.98×1012/L and 5.38×1012/L,and the hemoglobin standard values were 120.7 g/L,129.4 g/L and 139.0 g/L.The hematocri standard values were 0.37,0.40 and 0.43 when measured by Beckman Culter GEN-S2 hematology analyzer（P﹥0.05）.[Conclusion]It can improve the comparability of red blood cell,hemoglobin and hematocri results of different hematology analyzers obviously by using the fresh blood whose red blood cell standard values are 3.53-5.38×1012/L,hemoglobin standard values are 120.7-139.0 g/L and hematocri standard values are 0.37-0.43 and measured by the standard analyzer to rectify other hematology analyzers.
