摘  要:[目的]拟从流行病学的角度观察人类巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、溶血磷脂酸(LPA)等在急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)发生过程中的变化。探讨HCMV感染、hs-CRP及LPA在ACS发生过程中的作用。[方法]随机选取43例ACS患者、20例SA患者及正常对照者23例,采用金标免疫层析法测定HCMV-IgG、HCMV-IgM抗体,胶乳增强免疫比浊散射法检测各组的hs-CRP、比色法测定LPA的浓度。应用SPSSversion13.0统计分析软件包进行资料统计学分析。[结果]ACS组HCMVIgG、HCMVIgM阳性率显著高于SA及正常对照组,HCMV-IgG阳性率分别为88.37、85、60.87,HCMV-IgM阳性率分别为37.21、25、8.69,ACS组与SA、正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);ACS组hs-CRP、LPA均显著高于其他各组(均P﹤0.05);ACS组中HCMVIgM(+)与同组HCMVIgM(-)组比较hs-CRP、LPA均升高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);ACS组hs-CRP水平与LPA正相关。[结论]急性HCMV感染或HCMV潜伏感染的活化与ACS的发生有关,可能作为冠心病的独立危险因素,HCMV感染可能通过激发和加重冠状动脉炎症反应,导致ACS的发生。[Objective]To observe the changes of HCMV infection,hs-CRP and LPA during acute coronary syndrome(ACS)from the perspective of epidemiology,and discuss the function of infection of HCMV,hs-CRP and LPA during acute coronary syndrome(ACS).[Methods]43 cases of ACS patients,20 SA patients and 23 control individuals were selected randomly.We use gold standard immunochromatography method to determine HCMV-IgG,HCMV-IgM antibodies,latex enhanced immunoturbidimetric scattering method to examine the concentration of hs-CRP and LPA determined by colorimetry of each group.Then we applied SPSS version 13.0 statistical analysis software package for data statistical analysis.[Results]The positive rates of HCMV-lgG and HCMV-lgM in Team ACS were significantly higher than Team SA and the control individuals.The positive rates of HCMV-lgG were 88.37%,85% and 60.87%,respectively,while the positive rates of HCMV-IgM were 37.21%,25% and 8.69%,respectively.It was statistically significant(P﹤0.05)in comparing Team ACS with Team SA and control individuals.The hs-CRP and LPA of Team ACS were significantly higher than the other teams(all P﹤0.05);In the Team ACS,HCMV IgM(+)compared with HCMV IgM(-)in the same group,hs-CRP and LPA both increased,which was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);In Team ACS,the level of hs-CRP positively related with that of LPA.[Conclusion]Acute HCMV infection or activation of HCMV latent infection were related to the occurrence of ACS,which may act as an independent risk factor in causing coronary heart disease.HCMV infection may lead the occurrence of ACS by stimulating and increasing the reaction og coronary artery inflammation.
