电针麻醉方法对大白鼠外伤疼痛IL-2、sIL-2R、IFN-γ的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察电针麻醉方法对切口疼痛模型大鼠IL-2、sIL-2R、IFN-γ表达的影响。[方法]雄性SD大鼠60只随机分3组,正常组、模型组和电针组。正常组不造模,不电针。模型组大鼠切口疼痛模型制备,不电针,电针组大鼠切口疼痛模型制备基础上采用电针麻醉。观察IL-2、sIL-2R、IFN-γ表达的情况。[结果]研究显示,与正常组比较,模型组的IL-2、sIL-2R、IFN-γ的表达显著上升,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。与模型组比较,电针组IL-2、sIL-2R、IFN-γ明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。正常组与电针组差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]电针麻醉可以下调IL-2、sIL-2R、IFN-γ的表达,改善免疫抑制状态,促进创伤机体免疫功能的恢复。[Objective]To observe acupuncture anesthesia on rat model of incisional pain IL-2,sIL-2R and IFN-γ expression.[Methods]Male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,the normal group,model group and EA group.Each group had 60 patients.The normal group was not modeling and EA.Model of incisional pain model rats prepared,but no EA,EA Preparation of rat model of incisional pain was based on the use of acupuncture anesthesia.[Results]The IL-2,sIL-2R,IFN-γ expression in the case were observed.Compared with the normal group,IL-2,sIL-2R,IFN-γ expression in the model group was significantly increased,with statistical significance（P﹤0.05）.Compared with model group,EA group IL-2,sIL-2R,IFN-γ significantly decreased,with statistical significance（P﹤0.05）.No significant difference was found between the normal group and EA group（P﹥0.05）.[Conclusion]acupuncture anesthesia can lower IL-2,sIL-2R,IFN-γ expression,improve the state of immune suppression,and promote the recovery of immune function in trauma.
