[结果]MS组与对照组间TO、TS、LVEF差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),MS组低于对照组,A组与B组比较,显示A组TS、LVEF较B组降低(P﹤0.05),TO无统计学意义,经美托洛尔干预治疗后,MS组治疗前后比较,结果显示前后TO、TS比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),LVEF比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]MS存在着心率震荡的异常,尤其是伴有靶器官损害者,经过美托洛尔干预后,心率震荡明显改善,而LVEF无改变。[Objective]To observe the changes of heart rate turbulence(HRT)between metabolic syndrome(MS)group and control group, and the effects of Sustained release tablets of metoprolol on HRT in patients with MS.[Methods]① We compared differences of HRT between the MS group and the control group.②We also compared HRT after treatment with sustained release tablets of metoprolol to that before treatment in both pure MS group(A group)and target organ damage associated with MS group(B group).[Results]TOTS and LVEF were significantly different(P﹤0.05)on TO between the MS group and the control group.Compared to those in the B group,TS and LVEF in the A group were lower(P﹤0.05),and there were no difference between group A and group B.In the MS group,TO and TS were significantly different(P﹤0.05)after treatment with sustained release tablets of metoprolol compared with those before treatment, and there was not change for LVEF before and after treatment(P﹥0.05).[Conclusion]There are abnormal HRT in the patients with MS,particularly in those patients associated with target organ damage. After treatment with metoprolol,HRT are significantly improved, and there is not change for LVEF.
