“醒脑开窍”与非经非穴针刺对脑梗塞急性期神经功能影响的多中心随机对照研究

摘　　要：为探讨经穴组方的特异性效应,基于既往研究基础和循证医学理论,采用多中心、单盲、随机对照方法,将醒脑开窍针刺治疗与非经非穴治疗进行对照,比较醒脑开窍组方与非经非穴治疗在脑梗塞急性期患者神经功能缺损方面的疗效差异,结果显示针刺可以改善脑梗塞急性期患者的NIHSS评分和CSS评分,表明针刺能够有效改善脑梗塞急性期神经功能缺损,改善预后,但醒脑开窍组针刺效应明显优于非经非穴组。证实了经穴特异性效应的存在。To explore the specific effect of meridian-acupoints,based on previous studies and evidence-based medical theories,multi-center,single-blind,randomized controlled method were applied,compared with non-acupoints therapy group Xingnao Kaiqiao treatment were carried out in acute cerebral infarction patients to observe the differences of effects on neural function.The results showed that acupuncture can improve NIHSS scores and CSS scores of patients with acute cerebral infarction,It is manifested that Acupuncture can improve the neurological impairments of patients with acute cerebral infarction and improve prognosis,but the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao group was significantly better than non-acupoints group.It is confirmed that the existence of meridian-acupoints＇specificities.
