伏邪理论在中医药调治慢性肝病中的运用

摘　　要：慢性肝病的发病具有反复发作、迁延难愈的特点,其临床表现也与中医伏邪致病有相似之处。湿热留恋、瘀阻肝络,脾气亏虚既是慢性肝病局部与全身的重要病理变化,亦是使其复发的病理基础。运用中医治疗伏邪的思路调治本病,以清利活血健脾法为主,结合四时五脏阴阳变化灵活加减,疗效令人满意。Chronic liver disease has anfractousive pathogenesy,which they affect each other and even emerge vicious cycle／.It causes the disease easily to relapse and last a very long period.We have got satisfied therapeutic effect in treating Chronic liver disease by using the methods of norishing Qi,promoting blood circulation,removing toxic materials guided by determination of treatment based on differentiation of syndromes.
