围绝经期阴虚体质妇女雌激素受体α基因多态性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨围绝经期妇女阴虚体质与雌激素受体α(ERα)基因多态性的相关性。方法:选择围绝经期妇女阴虚体质352例、非阴虚体质276例,应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性法检测ERα-T/C(rs2234693)、-A/G(rs9340799)多态性。结果:χ2分割显示:阴虚质组rs2234693的TT频率(44.1%)低于与非阴虚质组(53.6%),基于阴虚体质的Logistic回归分析,ERα-rs2234693-CC/TC为独立危险因素(P<0.05),调整各种危险因素混杂因素后,相对危险度(OR值)为1.465。阴虚质组C-A单倍体型频率(24.8%)高于与非阴虚质组(19.0%)。结论:ERα-rs2234693-CC/TC是围绝经期妇女阴虚质独立危险因素,而C-A单倍体型是易患因素。ERα基因变异可能是围绝经期妇女中医阴虚质分子遗传学基础之一。Objective：To investigate the association between yin-deficiency constitution of perimenopausal women and polymorphism of estrogen receptor α（ERα） gene.Methods：352 perimenopausal cases with yin-deficiency constitution had been observed and 276 perimenopausal cases with non-yin-deficiency constitution as control.The genotype of ERα-T/C（rs2234693）,-A/G（rs9340799） had been tested with polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism（PCR-RFLP） assay.Results：χ2 split Show：The TT frequency（44.1%） of yin-deficiency constitution（rs2234693） group was lower than that of non-yin-deficiency group（53.6%）,based on the basic constitution with yin-deficiency Logistic regression analysis,ERα-rs2234693-CC/TC the main risk factors（P〈0.05）,adjust a variety of risk factors for confounding factors,the relative risk is 1.465.C-A haplotype frequency of Yin-deficiency group（24.8%） was higher than that of non-yin-deficiency group（19.0%）.Conclusion：ERα-rs2234693-CC/TC deficiency in perimenopausal women was an independent risk factor quality,C-A haplotype were risk factors of yin-deficiency constitution ERα gene variants may be one of the foundations of molecular genetics in perimenopausal women with yin-deficiency constitution.
