摘　　要：糖尿病以其复杂的病因、漫长的病程、错综的病性、多靶点的病位、不可逆转的病情、难以预防的并发症等而成为现代疑难杂病。近年来,多数医家论治糖尿病宗"三消辨证",验之于临床则疗效不尽如人意。部分中医临床家从"六经辨证"角度论治以寻求新的突破口。朱章志教授从事《伤寒论》研究20余年,积累丰富的临床诊疗经验及形成独特的科研思路,因疗效显著而受到糖尿病患者的好评,朱章志教授认为论治糖尿病宜"首辨阴阳,再辨六经",此乃执简驭繁之法。Diabetes mellitus（DM） was one of the most common diseases and modern difficult miscellaneous disorders based on its complex etiology,long course,complicated nature of disease,multiple targets of disorder location,irreversible condition,difficult prevention of complications.In recent years,the sanxiao syndrome differentiation had been widely used in clinical practice which made the treatment of DM be in trouble.Some clinicians were searching for a new breakthrough to DM asking for six-meridian syndrome differentiation.Professor ZHU Zhang-zhi who had rich clinical practice and special scientific experience was engaged in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases for more than 20 years.Professor ZHU firmly believed that syndrome differentiation of DM should base on ＇firstly distinguishing between yin and yang,secondly six meridians＇,just as well,he was well known in DM patients attributing to the hard clinical effect.
