补肾调经方在体外受精-胚胎移植助孕中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察中药补肾调经方对体外受精-胚胎移植超排卵周期妊娠结局的影响。方法:将60例因输卵管因素行IVF-ET的患者随机分为中药+控制性超排卵组(实验组)和单纯控制性超排卵组(对照组)。观察两组HCG日激素水平、促性腺激素(Gn)用药情况、获卵数、卵子成熟率、受精率、卵裂率、优质胚胎率及妊娠率等,做相关性分析。结果:实验组血雌二醇(E2)水平、获卵数及妊娠率均显著高于对照组。结论:中药补肾调经方在不增加Gn量的情况下,可增加获卵数并提高临床妊娠率。Objective：To observe effect of TCM,Bushen Tiaojing Formula on outcome of pregnancy in patients undergoing IVF-ET.Method：Sixty infertile patients with tubal factors undergoing IVF-ET were divided into two groups at random,30 cases in the study group treated with Bushen Tiaojing Formula ＋GnRHa/FSH/hCG,and 30 cases in control group treated with GnRHa/FSH/hCG.The level of hormones（E2,LH,P）,the time and dose of gonadotropin,the number of oocytes and mature oocytes,fertilization rate,high quality embryos rate and pregnancy rate were observed.Results：The level of E2,oocyte numbers and pregnancy rate were significantly higher in experimental group than in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bushen Tiaojing Formula can improve oocyte numbers and pregnancy rate of IVF-ET.
