基于“肾为元阳之本”探讨温补肾阳方治疗抑郁症

摘　　要：目的:文章通过文献和实验研究,探讨温补肾阳方治疗抑郁症的可行性。方法:文献研究基于"肾为元阳之本"的理论结合抑郁症特点,从理论、实验、临床找出文献依据,提出"肾阳不足是抑郁症发病的重要机制"。实验部分以分养和长期不可预知的中等强度应激造成大鼠抑郁模型,观察温补肾阳方对大鼠单胺类神经递质及下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenocorticalaxis,HPA)的影响。结果:各治疗组可改善单胺类神经递质和HPA轴,与模型组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);各治疗组之间比较,无统计学差异。结论:肾阳不足是抑郁症的重要病机之一,温补肾阳法可用于治疗抑郁症。Objective：To explore feasibility of the prescription for warming and recuperating the kidney-yang in treating tristimania according to the literature search and experiment researchs.Methods：Document study：We put forward innovate viewpoint that kidney yang deficiency is significant mechanism of depression morbidity on the basis of the theory that kidney is yuanyang＇s essence and to find out demonstration from theory,experiment,clinic integrating depression characteristic;Experimental Section：We adopt separate breeding and long-term unpredictable moderate stress to create depressed modle,to study the effect of prescription for warming and recuperating the kidney-yang on monoamine transmitters and HPA axis of rats.Results：All kinds treatment groups is able to improve monoamine neurotransmitters and HPA axis,compared with model group,they have significant difference（P〈0.05）,there is no significant difference among treatment groups.Conclusion：Kidney-yang deficiency is one of the important pathogenesis,the prescription for warming and recuperating the kidney-yang can be used for treating tristimania.
