推拿配合角度牵引综合治疗神经根型颈椎病77例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察推拿配合角度牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的226例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分为3组:治疗组77例,给予角度牵引与推拿综合治疗;推拿组74例,给予推拿治疗;牵引组75例,给予角度牵引治疗。各组均每日治疗1次,l0次为1个疗程,休息2d后,进行下一个疗程。3个疗程后,评估疗效。结果:治疗组、推拿组与牵引组总有效率分别为97.4%、87.8%和77.3%,治疗组与推拿组及牵引组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。3组患者治疗前后中医症状积分比较,治疗组有非常显著性改善(P<0.01),推拿组与牵引组则有显著性改善(P<0.05);在治疗前后中医症状积分差上,综合治疗组与推拿组及牵引组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。提示综合治疗疗效优于单纯推拿或牵引治疗。结论:推拿配合角度牵引综合治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切,值得在临床中推广。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of treatment of both massage and adjusting angle traction for cervicalspondy-lotic radiculopathy.Methods：226 nerve root type cervical cases were divided randomly into three groups：the treatment group（receiving treatment of both angle traction and massage,77 cases）,the massage group（74 cases） and the traction group（74 cases）.We treated them once a day,and ten days were one course,while they have two days rest between each course.After three courses treatment,the therapeutic effects were analyzed.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group,the massage group and the traction group was 97.4%,87.8% and 77.3%.There was significant difference between the total effective rate of the treatment group and the massage group（P0.05,P0.01）,and also significant difference between that of the treatment group and the traction group（P0.01）.There was significant difference between that of the massage group and the traction group（P0.05）.There was significant difference of traditional Chinese symptoms between the treatment group and the massage group（P0.05）,and also between that of the treatment group and the traction group（P0.05,P0.01）.In addition,the therapeutic effects of the treatment group were better than that of the massage group or traction group.Conclusions：Massage and adjusting angle traction treatment is an effective therapy for the cervicalspondy-lotic radiculopathy who deserves spreading in clinic.
