摘　　要：唑来膦酸作为第3代含氮双膦酸盐类药物,可以有效抑制骨吸收;而颌骨作为全身骨代谢最活跃的部位之一,具有高度的可塑性,因此有效地抑制骨吸收在口腔医学相关问题中有着重要的意义。本文就局部应用唑来膦酸影响骨代谢在口腔领域中的种植、骨折愈合、慢性牙周炎治疗、拔牙创骨愈合及颌骨骨坏死等方面的研究进展作一综述。Zoledronic acids as third generation of nitrogen-containing bisphosphoates are potent inhibitors of bone resorption.Jaws are plasitic due to the high level of bone metabolism,so issues related to bone metabolism in stomatology are of important significance.The review presents in recent years＇ advances on topical application of zoledronic acids which affects bone metabolism in the aspects of implant,fracture healing,chronic periodontitis treatment,healing of tooth extraction and might bring about osteonecrosis of the jaw.
