人体组织黏合剂与传统缝合方法行包皮环切的疗效比较（附500例报告）

摘　　要：目的对比研究人体组织黏合剂与传统缝合方法对包皮环切切口的治疗效果。方法门诊包皮环切手术1000例随机分成A、B两组，A组500例包皮切口应用人体组织黏合剂黏合，B组500例应用可吸收线或丝线间断缝合，脱察闭合切口时间、切口疼痛率、术后水肿情况、切口愈合分级等指标。结果在关闭切口时间、切口疼痛卒方面A组与B组差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。在术后水肿情况、切口愈合分级方面两组差别无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论应用人体组织黏合剂行包皮环切术具有许多优点，值得临床广泛推广。Objectives To study the diffrent therapeutic effect of the body tissue adhesive and traditional suture in circumcision. Methods Outpatient circumcision 1000 cases were randomly divided into two groups, group A （500 cases）was performed with the hody tissue adhesive, group B （500 cases） was done with traditional method. To study the difference of the time of closing incision,incision ache percentage,the condition of foreskin hydropsia and operative incision healing. Results Compared with controL group, group A has difference significantly in the time of cLosing incision, incision ache percentage, NevertheLess it has no difference significantly in the condition of foreskin hydropsia and operative incision healing. Conclusions Circumcision with body tissue adhesive has many advantages over the tradilional method, tteserving generally clinical appfication.
