太原市健康人群弓形虫感染现状调查

摘　　要：目的了解太原市健康人群弓形虫感染现状。方法采取整群、分层抽样的原则，抽取太原市5个社区858名健康者，其中男性279人，女性579人。ELISA法检测血清弓形虫特异性IgM和IgG抗体。结果在抽检的858名健康者中，弓形虫IgM阳性8人，阳性率0．93％；其中男性3人，阳性率1．08％；女性5人，阳性率0．86％，差异无统计学意义（Х^2=0．725，P〉0．05）。IgG抗体阳性35人，阳性率4．08％；其中男性9人，阳性率3．23％；女性26人，阳性率4．49％，差异无统计学意义（Х^2=0．770，P〉0．05）。育龄期妇女弓形虫IgG抗体阳性率为1．20％。50～60岁人群阳性率高于其他年龄人群。结论太原市健康人群弓形虫感染率较低，对育龄期妇女威胁较小。Objective To ascertain the status of toxoplasma infection in healthy people in Taiyuan. Methods In accordance with stratified sampling, five communities in Taiyuan were selected as study sites. T. gondii IgG and IgM from serum samples were assayed using ELISA. Results Samples from 858 healthy people were assayed for T. gondii IgG and IgM. Eight people were positive for IgM antibody, with a total positive rate of 0.93%. The positive rate for males was 1. 08% and the positive rate for females was 0.86 %. There was no significant difference between the two groups（Х^2 =0. 725, P〉0.05）. The rate of positivity for IgG antibody was 4.08%, and the positive rates for males and females were 3.23% and 4.29%, respectively. There was no difference between males and females in terms of that rate （Х^2 = 0. 770, P〉0.05）. The rate of positivity for IgG was 1.20% in women of childbearing age. Among different age groups, individuals ages 50- 60 had the highest rate of positivity for IgG. Conclusion The rate of Toxoplasma infection in Taiyuan is lower than the national average, and women of childbearing age are at little risk of Toxoplasma infection.
