摘  要:目的:建立一种测定枸橼酸钙含量的方法。方法:利用枸橼酸盐与Cu2+的络合物具有紫外吸收的特点,采用紫外分光光度法测定枸橼酸钙含量,CuSO4溶液浓度为0.005 mol/L,检测波长240 nm。结果:枸橼酸钙在4.06~48.72μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.9%。结论:Cu2+络合法简单、快速、稳定、准确。Objective: To establish the determination of calcium citrate. Methods: The content of calcium citrate was measured by UV. The concentration of CuSO4 was 0.005 mol/L. The detection wavelength was 240 nm. Calcium citrate formed a complex compound by reacting with Cu^2+ which had a specific absorption. Results: It was linear in the concentra tion range of 4.06-48.72 μg/mL. The recovery was 99.6%, with RSD of 0.9%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, stable and accurate.
