腹腔镜直肠癌根治术60例护理分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜直肠癌根治术术前、术后的护理要点。方法:回顾性分析我院2007年1月～2009年1月60例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者的病历资料,总结归纳其护理要点。结果:60例患者术后肺部感染1例,吻合口瘘1例,无术后出血及死亡病例,并发症发生率仅为3.3%,均经正确治疗和细心护理后治愈出院,平均住院时间12 d,随访满意度为98.9%。结论:充分了解病情、耐心的讲解、细致的术前指导及有针对性的术后护理是腹腔镜直肠癌术后患者尽快康复的保障。Objective： To investigate the nursing care of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma. Methods： 60 cases with rectal carcinoma who received laparoscopic radical resection from January 2007 to January 2009 were retrospectively analysed. Results： All of 60 cases safely passed through peri operative period, 1 case of lung infection, 1 case of anastomotic leaking. No patient had postoperative hemorrhage or died after procedure, complication rate only was 3.3%. Average stay was 12 days and follow up satisfaction grade was 98.9%. Conclusion： It is very important for the prognosis of patients to make a good preoperative and postoperative care guide.
