摘　　要：从医学实习生职业安全防护能力薄弱的现状出发,提出加强医学实习生职业防护教育可从岗前教育、临床实践指导、带教老师教育等方面入手,以弥补学校职业安全教育的不足,保障医学生实习安全。Due to the reality that medical interns perform poor ability to protect themselves from occupational injuries, in order to supply the defect in school occupational training and ensure the safety of medical interns, it is suggested to strengthen training on occupational protection among medical interns by several ways, such as pre job training, clinical in struction, and training from teachers.
